ALLEN & OVERY WELCOMES TAX BASED ASSET FINANCE LAWYER

Premier international law firm Allen & Overy is delighted to announce that Mark Middleditch joins the firm today from Norton Rose. Mark will be a Senior Associate in the Tax Department based in London.

Mark worked in the tax department at Norton Rose for 6 years where his clients included ScottishPower, BMW AG, Taylor Woodrow, Budget Group, HSBC Rail and Old Mutual plc. His areas of expertise include all areas of asset finance, including aviation, shipping finance and commercial property, as well as securitisation, banking and corporate finance.
