Ashursts advised ABN AMRO Trustees in relation to Galway Bay BV’s??450 million cash-flow CDO

Ashurst Morris Crisp advised ABN AMRO Trustees Limited in relation to the issue by Galway Bay BV of approximately €450 million notes under its recent cash-flow Collateralised Debt Obligation (CDO). Ashursts provided European and US legal advice to the trustee.
