Conyers Dill & Pearman Expands BVI operation
Conyers Dill & Pearman (CD&P), the international
offshore law firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of David
Clark to their British Virgin Islands Office.
David joins CD&P from the London office of Sidley
Austin Brown & Wood where he specialised in international capital
markets and focussed primarily on structured financings, securitisations
and CBOs. Prior to Sidley Austin, David was with Clifford Chance
for five years and spent time in their London, Hong Kong and Tokyo
offices.
At CD&P David will be engaged in financing transactions
for off-balance sheet vehicles; mutual funds; and general corporate
and commercial matters.
