Snellman as Specialist Partner as of September 1st 2003. Nordea
Debt Capital Markets is a leading provider of domestic and international
finance for Nordic and Baltic issuers. Matti specialises in corporate
acquisition finance and structured transactions such as securitisation
structures, which require highly specialised legal expertise.
