Sidley Austin Brown & Wood LLP has named 28
new partners in seven of its offices in the U.S., Japan and Hong
Kong. The appointments bring the number of partners at the firm
to 576. Sidley has more than 1,500 lawyers in 13 offices worldwide,
including five offices in Asia and two in Europe.
Involved in the securitization practice are:

Colleen H. McDonald
James V. Robertson
The other new partners span a wide range of practices:
corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions and securities, as
well as mass tort and product liability defense, insurance and financial
services, health care and life sciences, intellectual property and
patent litigation, environmental law, appellate and Supreme Court,
telecommunications, international trade, food & drug, real estate,
employment & labor, bankruptcy, white collar defense and other
areas.
