STRUCTURED FINANCE MANAGEMENT EXPANDS
IN CONDUIT AND CDO MARKETS

Structured Finance Management Limited (SFM) is pleased to announce
that Mr Robert Berry has joined the company as a Director in London.
Robert, who has extensive capital market experience, was formerly
a director in the asset financing group at Barclays Capital. He
has been involved with the securitisation market in Europe for a
number of years and at Barclays he was responsible for pioneering
the development of the European conduit programmes. He will be focusing
on the expansion of SFM’s activity in both the conduit and
CDO markets.
SFM provides directors and corporate administration services for
special purpose vehicles (SPVs) used in securitisations, structured
and project finance transactions. SFM’s principal offices
are in London, Jersey, Dublin and Amsterdam.
