Securitisation - Intra Mortgage Finance 1 Srl
On 19 December, 2002 Intra Mortgage Finance 1 Srl
issued EUR445 million notes, originated by Banca Popolare di Intra,
secured on a portfolio of Italian residential and commercial mortgage
loans. The deal was led by Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB).
An integrated team of Bonelli Erede Pappalardo and
Slaughter and May acted for CSFB.
